AOBTA® WELLNESS COMMUNITY

Maintaining Health in Challenging Times

We are dedicating our 30th Anniversary as a year of service to our members, their clients, and the public!

2020 is the 30th Anniversary of AOBTA®. It is also a year of global pandemic, challenge and anxiety.

It is very easy - and natural - to be swept up in pervasive fear and anxiety. It is important to balance that with self-care and a focus on what is good in our lives. That balance helps us to maintain our health.

The practitioners and educators of Asian Bodywork Therapy are a valuable resource for providing that balance! Supporting health and well-being is what we do!

Please use the resources on this site to care for yourself and your loved ones.

This section is for everyone! It is a collection of self-care links, tools, strategies, handouts, articles, and fun stuff.

If you have something you would like to contribute, please use the "Contribute Content" link and online submission form.

AOBTA®'s annual operating budget comes from membership dues. During the pandemic, many members are unable to work and cannot afford their annual dues.

Please make a donation to help AOBTA® continue to serve the ABT profession and its students, educators and practitioners!
