Convention 2021 Announcement
Spring 2011 Pulse

We're working hard on our plans for the convention of April 2021. This is occurring in the midst of a pandemic, and the plans are shaping up in accordance with these conditions. So, the convention will be a bit unlike any other, but still be wonderful!

In the process, I decided to take a look back into AOBTA® history. What did I find? The Spring 2011 Pulse, with an announcement of the April 2011 convention! I always thought it was curious that we were going to celebrate our 30th anniversary (this year) at our convention next year (31st year), but we're backed by that 2011 convention which celebrated our 20th anniversary (2010) in the following year. Anyway, take a look, some great memories and articles, giving some perspective.

Enriching the Three Treasures
You are unique!  Even though you may share certain characteristics with other family members or acquaintances, your Jing, Qi and Shen are uniquely yours.  So how can you determine what your needs are in order to bring more vitality and happiness to your life?  
Ah — that is the adventure!

Let’s explore some practical steps that make sometimes-difficult changes possible and even enjoyable and interesting.  Using food, lifestyle and meditation and the paradigm of the Three Treasures, we can open ourselves to possibilities for better health and greater wellbeing. For our purposes at this time, we’ll simplify some complex Chinese medical concepts to focus on do-able, realistic practices for enriching the Treasures in our lives.
