PRIVACY POLICY

AOBTA® believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. To this end the information you enter here will be known to only two parties: you and AOBTA®. We do not sell or provide your information to anyone outside of AOBTA®.

REFUND POLICY

Membership and membership renewal fees are not refundable.

AOBTA® sells miscellaneous products on our website. We want you to be completely satisfied with any AOBTA® product purchases. At any time within 30 days you may return AOBTA® products for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less shipping and handling costs.

Just follow these three easy instructions to return a purchase:

1. Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or damaged.
2. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
3. Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by UPS. Returns must be sent postpaid to:

Defective products may be returned for replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To report a defective product, call 856-782-1616, fax 856-782-1653, or e-mail office@aobta.org.

CHARGES

Charges will be billed by and appear on your credit card statement as coming from 'AOBTA®'.

SHIPPING INFO

Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
